We are a tiny operation and all the shop fulfillment is done by Chicky.  We ship items within 1-2 weeks of ordering, so please give the chickencats and snails time to deliver your mail.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFO:

We ship flat items USPS First Class mail WITHOUT tracking. Bulky items or large orders ship USPS Ground Advantage.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer limited international shipping options. Flat paper items most often ship no problemo. Please send us an e-mail with the items you’d like to purchase and the destination address so we can calculate shipping costs. We’ll let you know how much it will cost and send you an individual invoice.  

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if you have an issue such as an item arriving faulty or broken please reach out via e-mail. Treasures are important to us, and we want to make sure you get to enjoy yours!
